About Us
Seconds Save Lives (SSL) is a First Aid and Safety Training company that offers varying courses for children, adults and businesses alike looking to complete First Aid and CPR courses. SSL is a certified Red Cross Authorized Provider - Red Cross is a trusted and reputable organization worldwide providing certified instructor training. All SSL instructors are fully tested and certified through Red Cross.

Why Seconds Save Lives?

Seconds can save lives. Our courses focus on prevention and which steps are necessary to take in emergencies. Children who take the Red Cross People Savers first aid course combined with Seconds Save Lives Home Alone or the Red Cross Babysitting course will feel confident about caring for a child at any age. They will be armed with the proper knowledge when it comes to the needs and safety of each age group. Seconds Save Lives also offers the People Savers course, a 4-level program developed to teach safety and awareness and first aid skills to elementary school-aged children.

If its CPR or First Aid courses you or your workplace is looking for, SSL offers all course levels:

Adult CPR (Level A), Adult, Child and Infant CPR (Level B), Basic Rescuer CPR (Level C) and Infant Child and CPR (Level D). First Aid Courses include: Standard First Aid, Emergency First Aid and WSIB Regulation 1101.
